Physical Education & Athletics

Physical Health is essential to every student and shall occur at multiple scales. This can occur in classrooms, athletic labs, outdoor areas, as well as during transitions between classes and buildings. Physical education spaces shall allow for the organized instruction of physical activity as part of school curriculum. Outdoor Athletic spaces serve as open areas for more physical education as well as hosting organized after-school sports and events. All spaces on the campus should also encourage informal physical movement and play for all students.
