Food Services + Dining

Healthy eating habits are directly connected to academic achievement. With the implementation of the California Meals Act, which insures free meals to all students, Coachella Valley Unified School District is working hard to provide easy access to breakfast, lunch, and dinners to all. Food is distributed not only in welcoming and centrally located Dining Spaces, but also through the use of food carts and potentially canteens to efficiently increase distribution. Improving Food Service lines will optimize flow and provide healthy varieties of nutrition. Multi-Use Spaces allow for more flexibility in food distribution and efficient use of space throughout the day.
